Terms.

The short version

You paste a URL, we send you a redesign in 48 hours, you can use it or walk away. If you stay, it's $16 a month for hosting and unlimited reasonable changes. Cancel anytime; we'll hand you the files. Your domain stays yours.

What we promise

To send you a redesign within 48 hours of submitting your URL, free of charge, with no card on file. To host your site if you choose to use the redesign, for $16 a month billed in advance. To respond to change requests promptly during business hours, usually within a day. To hand back your files if you decide to leave, at no extra cost.

What we don't promise

That you'll love the redesign. That we'll build something we can't build, like a full custom application, a marketplace, or a payment system. That uptime will be perfect. We use a reputable hosting provider and we'll work hard to keep things running, but no website on the internet is up 100% of the time.

Unlimited within reason

"Unlimited changes" means the kind of changes a small-business website actually needs: copy updates, new pages, swapped images, fresh services, holiday hours, seasonal banners. It doesn't mean a complete rebuild every month, or a full ecommerce backend, or video production. If you need something bigger than a small designer can sensibly deliver in a normal workweek, ask first.

Cancelling

Click cancel; we stop billing. We'll keep your site up until the end of the current billing month, then take it offline. If you want the files, ask and we'll send them. No exit fee.

Your domain, your code

You own the domain you point at us. You own the content you give us. You own the code we ship for your site. If we go away, you take the files and host them somewhere else.

Liability

We're not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our maximum liability for any direct losses is capped at the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Who you're contracting with

SiteElixir is a product of Riverbco Technologies Private Limited, registered in India. Disputes are governed by the laws of India, without prejudice to any consumer protections you have in your own jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms materially, we'll tell existing customers by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. You can cancel within that window if you don't agree.
